50% deposit to confirm booking. Cancellation 7 days or less prior to arrival - non refundable.

Cancelation   8 to 14 days prior to arrival forfeit  75% of total prepayment
Cancelation 15 to 21 days prior to arrival forfeits 50% of total prepayment
Cancelation 22 to 28 days prior to arrival forfeits 25% of total prepayment
